ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR CONTENT OF
INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR

CAUSE OF ACTION. CUSTOMER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THE SERVICE IS
NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER
CUSTOMERS OR THIRD-PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE
FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH CUSTOMER.
NEITHER THE SERVICE
NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE
LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS
TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. CUSTOMER
HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY
TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.

respective owners.
Returns
Policy
Order
Cancellations
Under
the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right
to cancel your order for any item purchased from Tails and the
Unexpected Ltd, for a full refund.
Order
cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your purchase details,
within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to
Cancellations, Tails and the Unexpected Ltd, 10 Victoria Road,
Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan, CF64 3EF.
If
however your order has already been processed, you will need to
return the order to us at your expense.

Return
or Exchange an Item
If
you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return
the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days
of receipt.
*Important
note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are
not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a
scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of
any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not
been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging
with any enclosed documentation. Hat care guidelines: handle with
care and do not apply any unnecessary force. Do not mark, scratch,
bend or crush item. Package item with due care. Folding hats must be
folded in the exact manner in which they were received or damage may
be inflicted to the item and your exchange or refund refused. Formal
wear and all other clothing guidelines: do not mark, scratch or
crease item. Package item with due care. The above applies to all
other products available for purchase now or in the future from
tailsandtheunexpected.com.
We
will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different
size / colour if preferred.
Please
note:
-The
item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own
protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery
service that insures you for the value of the goods.
-The
cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
-The
parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse,
unless sent via special delivery.

Faulty
Item
If
the item you received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order
details, your name and address, details of the product and the reason
for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We
will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days
from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
Wrong
Item Received
If
the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please
contact us quoting your order details, your name and address, details
of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a
refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with

Discount
Codes and Vouchers
If
a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded
will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate
discount level.
