Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a cheque, but this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
UK Shipping
Items are usually dispatched within 7 working days, but in some cases may take 4-6 weeks.

Orders under £30 - shipping cost = £4
Orders £30 or over - shipping cost = £10
Returns/Refunds
- RETURNS
These should be received (or requested) within a reasonable time from the date your order was shipped and should include the original undamaged box and the items in unworn and brand new condition.
** Please ensure you enclose a copy of your original invoice and a note of explanation regarding your requirements in the package with your return. If this is not done - we can't handle your return !
** If you are returning goods from outside Europe - please ensure your package is clearly marked RETURNS. Also ensure that all correct customs documents are completed & included. If you do not do this - there may be customs duties levied on the goods and we cannot accept delivery.
*** IMPORTANT - If you are returning items from USA via Fedex, there is a charge levied of 30 UK Pounds (by them - not by us !!). Please note, if this charge is raised, we will have to charge it to you. Therefore -we suggest you use AIRMAIL in preference.

EXCHANGES.
We do not charge any exchange or admin fees. There will be a postage charge applied to your replacement shipment. We regret we are unable to refund any postage fees paid by you.

REFUNDS.
These are made as soon as possible from the date we receive your return and by the same method you used for your original payment.

CANCELLED ORDERS or RETURN OF UNWANTED PRODUCTS
An admin fee of 8 UK pounds will be deducted from the Refund.

Additional notes
If we have sent the wrong item, we will not levy any admin fees, and refund of your postage will be entirely at the discretion of the Directors.
If you prefer to take Store Credit rather than a refund, we will also not levy any admin fees.
Refunds are made as soon as possible from the date we receive your return and in the same method you paid your original payment
We regret we cannot process exchanges or refunds unless the terms above are complied with.
